Ester b. 1936 grew up in Turkey. Coming to America in 1957, she married Sy Peretz b.1926-1962 and moved to White Sulphur Springs, helping her husband run the family egg farm. When her husband passed away 5 years later, she was left with a 3-year old son. She took over and successfully ran the egg farm for another 6 years. After she sold the farm, she worked in book keeping and sales for Catskills Shopper. Ester then joined the Rulan Agency working there for 4 years, and then worked at Frontier Insurance for 22 years. She is currently retired.
